United First Financial was the title sponsor at this years Mortgage Planner Strategic Equity Summit. I had the distinct privilege of speaking at the Mortgage Planner Summit 2008 in Las Vegas, Nevada on June 6, 2008. With over 500 mortgage planners from the United States and Canada present we provided lunch as they I presented the way the Money Merge Account works with Strategic Equity. Strategic Equity is a concept branded by Steven Marshal, CEO of Mortgage Planner Magazine. The concept of Strategic Equity is to never pay your home off or lower your acquisition cost to maximize the United States tax benefit of home mortgage interest. Many of the mortgage planners present were under the misconception that the Money Merge Account is in direct contradiction of the concepts Strategic Equity stands for. This of course is not true and through a custom presentation we showed mortgage planners how the Money Merge Account works with this concept for mortgage planners, insurance agents and financial planners. Monday, April 28th, 2008This is going to be a quick post. The day has run long and I have been in the United First Financial corporate office since 9am and so have all of the founders. It is currently 6:00pm and all founders are still present making sure all is ready for the big leadership event at Snowbird this weekend for the big reveal. Once again I am amazed at how much goes on behind the scenes that most agents never see to keep this well oiled machine running. UTracker, Money Merge Account V4 and new marketing materials are all in the works.
UTracker final push for Launch

UTracker is a all in one contact management system, analysis capable, paperless technology platform United First Financial is going to use for all agents to process Money Merge Account client and Agent Applications. UTracker is going to be FREE to all Money Merge Account Certified Agents while Utracker Pro is going to have a minor monthly cost associated but will include additional options and a webinar service. UTracker will provide a great platform for our diverse agent base to use to track their prospects in their other endeavors. I will be flying to Salt Lake City, UT tonight to assist in the final upgrades to UTracker Pro from United First Financial Corporate. The official launch is scheduled to be released at the UFIRST Leadership Retreat at Snowbird this weekend.
