I had the distinct privilege of speaking at the Mortgage Planner Summit 2008 in Las Vegas, Nevada on June 6, 2008. With over 500 mortgage planners from the United States and Canada present we provided lunch as they I presented the way the Money Merge Account works with Strategic Equity. Strategic Equity is a concept branded by Steven Marshal, CEO of Mortgage Planner Magazine. The concept of Strategic Equity is to never pay your home off or lower your acquisition cost to maximize the United States tax benefit of home mortgage interest. Many of the mortgage planners present were under the misconception that the Money Merge Account is in direct contradiction of the concepts Strategic Equity stands for. This of course is not true and through a custom presentation we showed mortgage planners how the Money Merge Account works with this concept for mortgage planners, insurance agents and financial planners.
