UFirst To Breakout or not to Breakout?
The last two United First Financial Super Regionals in Las Vegas and Orlando were incredible events. For the first time UFirst has implemented break out rooms. I, Brooke Barnett, was able to do 2 1.5 hour long course at each event on internet marketing. Other speakers were David Montgomery, George Veronis, Ken Melby, Juan Hernandez, Bill Walton, Tom Keener, Steve Smith, Jason Brown, Gregg Stroud, JoLynn Saizan, and Todd Skousen.
My question to all of you that attended is do you like the breakout rooms better or would you like to see UFirst go back to a single room format? Leave your opinion below in a comment.

Brooke,
I personally liked the break outs. I heard everyone I was with comment on how much they liked them, too. They loved that they could choose what they wanted to learn about and the presenters were great. We all came away enriched.
Thanks for your hard work,
Amy

Brooke,
I think the breakout sessions were great. In fact I would like to see more topics covered in the future. The breakout sessions allow agents to get information/training on areas they are interested in. maybe they should have different levels of breakouts such as intro to sales and mastering the sale.
I did enjoy your class even though most of what you covered we have learned in UBranding Forum already. But I did notice others were learning a lot and hopefully will enroll in the next Internet Marketing class

Hey Chris,
We missed you there. I really want to see how everyone felt about the breakouts. UFirst is stepping up with the audio, visual and recognition and I am proud to be part.

I think the Breakout Sessions are great. I have been to both Las Vegas and Orlando. I think with each new location, they are getting better and better. I have had the opportunity to plan and host VIP’s with Brooke and know what goes into one of these, from checkin to the audio visual, to the choices of speakers. Corporate has really stepped up our training to a whole new level.
The only thing I would like to see is more breakout topics. I think we need to have the basics, such as the analysis, the back office, UTracker Pro & Plus, to all of the topics they are covering now.
I am excited to to be a part of a company that is always growing and are open to listen to their sales forces needs and wants. We, as a company have grown so much in the past 2 years. I can not wait to see where we are in another 2.

Hi Brooke,
I attended the Orlando breakout session. I thought they added a significant amount of information not usually obtained at normal VIP’s. I would like to see more time allocated for the 4.1 demo software. Overall, it was great to get exposure to all the other breakout session topics and I attended all of them. I signed up for your next class on internet marketing and look forward to learning how to brand myself. (Hope it doesn’t hurt too much.)
