Tuesday, August 19th, 2008Earlier this year I had attended an internet marketing convention in Atlanta, GA. During the course of this event I had the privilege of meeting Michael and Lisa Bevan from Ohio. They have achieved the dream of owning their own business and have expanded it through internet marketing. Being in the mortgage and sales business I always look for creative ways to thank my clients. One of the best ways I have found is gift baskets. Tuesday, August 19th, 2008What do all of these have in common? Well they are all states I was in during the last 72 hours. I have officially relocated to sunny, swampy and sultry Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Business will be as usual with an increase of productivity and staffing. During the preparation phases of this move I have not been able to post as much or get as much information out but that will change as of today. Keep an eye peeled for some great new enhancements all around.

More Frozen Equity Lines
Wednesday, August 6th, 2008Today, Morgan Stanlely reported they are going to freeze equity line withdrawls. They au have a re the second largest bank next to Bank of America who has already frozen over 150,000 home equity lines of credit. How does this impact United First Financial and the Money Merge Account. In the past this would have great impact and would even leave some of our customers unable to use the program. Now with our feature of an Advanced Savings Line or ASL as long as you have a Checking, Savings and Credit Card with at least a $300 limit it will be seamless. 12 Week Internet Course Posts Monday
Saturday, August 2nd, 2008For those of you who are pre-registered we will be starting the course on Monday. There is no set time for the course becasue it is all delivered over pre-recorded video. We will be closing the course on Wednesday, August 6th and there will be no new participants allowed to join till it is complete and we start the next course. You will recieve a link Monday moning with the location of the forums and videos to get started. I look forward to seeing you there.
